Sony Ericsson announces its first Android-based smartphone which has codename Rachael and is XPERIA™ device.

The Rachael is going to be called Sony Ericsson Xperia X3, or Xperia X10 as one of the Xperia series.

Though the news is not exactly stated on the company website, it became clear according to the new media campaign that Sony Ericsson Rachael annoucement will be on 3rd of November.

Rachael will be available in two colours: Sensuous Black and Luster White. According to some rumours Sony Ericsson Rachael has nice pack of internal memory.

What I like it is what its stands for: Android possibilities.... I can only imagine that even more impressive stuff could be at work when Tegra 2 hits Android... (Tegra 2 has already been demoed on netbooks early last month....)

I hope it has a capacitive touch screen. I might have faith in Sony Ericsson if this comes out with pretty good reviews.
