Yes yes, it has free movies (www.playnowarena.com/movies) too and you can choose from 15 titles at any time. But the movies is just a thing to get you to realize that you can watch movies on your phone. I rip all my moves with the Media Go software that Sony made. New habit, gotta do it :)
But there is one glitch. Skype won't work with w995 yet.

Anonymous, what are you talking about? Skype works just fine :) Java skype works on any SE phones :) W995 is not in list but believe me, it works fine, just download and install it and you'll see for yourself :)

The Java application will work over 3G, but this phone has also WiFi, and I believe Skype with WiFi is not available for this particular model. Do you know it for sure?
It WON'T work with w995. If you had it pre-installed like in 3 network then yes, but otherwise NO.

seems like skype will not be available soon. its a pity. i;m honestly a but angry for skype. I have installed w980 skype version but only messaging works. Calls so far are not possible.
I have been waiting for 6 months now and still no skype calls are available. That's simply ridiculous!
i was just thinking of buying it - i guess not since skype does not work. i was hoping for video calls on skype...

w995 is a good phone. but i wouldnt have bought it if i knew skype wasnt compatibile.
just been reading all the comments here, it seems there is no way to download an alternative version of skype if yr model number is not supported. can anyone give a few instructions as to how they did this. cheers
best mobile to have and to hear our favourite music tracks as we are idle and i can say we need not have a music player or some other stuff with us

Sorry. This phone does not support skype so your out of luck. Buy a new phone.
